In the event of supply difficulties, Swan Valley Hampers reserves the right to make substitutions with similar items.
Please note that by law, products containing alcohol are only available for order and receipt of customers aged 18 years or older.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at the time of ordering is correct. Should an incorrect address be provided to us we are under no obligation to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
We encourage both business and personal customers to send the hamper to an attended work address.
Hampers are delivered by us Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings, excluding public holidays. Any order received over the weekend or on a public holiday will be delivered the next working day.
Same day delivery is available for orders placed before 10.00am Perth time in the Perth metro area. Orders received after this time may not be able to be delivered that day however please call if you need to know before ordering.
A gift will not be left at an unattended location that is considered unsafe or exposed, in these instances you will be charged for redelivery.
If you request delivery to a residential address at which no on is normally home during the day before 3pm – we will leave the hamper at the address but take no responsibility for any loss or damage.
After hours delivery can be arranged outside of regular day times in Perth. Please discuss your requirements with us at the time of your order.
Multiple hampers for delivery to the same location will be charged the one delivery fee. Orders over $500 will incur no delivery fee.
We will provide you with an estimated delivery time however while we make every effort to deliver by this time we cannot guarantee specific delivery times in these areas.
Delivery will only be made to interstate CBD and metro areas.
We pack perishable items ie. cheese and chocolate in refrigerant packs in the hamper to maintain a cool temperature during the shipping period., regardless of the weather and temperature.
We have delivered in the midst of summer heat to destinations as extreme as Broome and Darwin and our hampers are reported to have arrived in perfect condition.
